You might have noticed that the web is full of advertising. Online advertising is the primary way that many sites make money and it is a billion dollar industry. You can use our scripts to get a piece of this.
Of course probably not to the billion dollar level but selling advertising can increase the profitability of your site.
If you already have a high traffic site people will probably want to buy advertisements. Your site will get order forms so people can input the information for their advertisement.
Our system supports PayPal so payments can be easily collected. You can lookup advertisements that have not been paid for if you are processing payments with a processor other than PayPal. Feel free to contact us if you have specific requirements and we can check if we can automate the payment collection process.
Both high traffic and low traffic websites can potentially make money by being a member of affiliate programs of stores in your industry. This allows you to take a commission when people click on the sites and buy from the stores that you promote.
If you own multiple sites you can use our scripts to promote them on one site. It is also possible to display advertisements on multiple sites and this ability is great if you want to serve advertisements to a network.
Multiple types of advertisements can be displayed using our system. Graphic based advertisements such as banners can be restricted by the number of views of the advertisements, clicks on the links, or a set time or date. The same restrictions can be applied to plain text links.
Alt text for graphics can be supplied which is better for screen readers. Additionally you can specify a width and height of the graphic.
In most cases you can track the number of clicks to the advertisements or have a direct link without tracking. Google doesn't like sites selling links so it is possible to have tracking links and block them from being indexed.
Advertising orders can be reviewed and processed in your administration area if you choose to do this. Processing of advertisements can be automated too.
Customers can get an Email when their orders are processed. They are able to register on your site and check live statistics. They can see a log of each click to their advertisement or this ability can be turned off.
Your customers can edit their advertisements too and just like order processing the changes can go live immediately or be reviewed. The number of edits can be limited, unlimited or edits can be disabled entirely.
You will get an administration area which can be used to create, approve, edit and delete advertisements. If you need to block certain web browsers or IP addresses you can do this for groups of advertisements or for every advertisement, this is good if you don't want to track hits from mobile browsers etc.
The administration area has full documentation available to help you get started. Multiple administrators can be added if you have a particularly busy site and you can restrict them to certain abilities depending on your needs.
Our script can fully integrate with your existing site and templates. Alternatively you can have a site that is dedicated to serving advertisements which may be particularly useful if you have multiple websites.
